Using OrthIQ
OrthIQ helps you record clinician-assigned exercises using a compatible Bluetooth sensor. Keep your account credentials private and use the app only with authorization to access the relevant exercise records.
Exercise feedback
Follow the exercise instructions provided by your treating clinician. Sensor scores describe recorded movement and may be incomplete or inaccurate. OrthIQ does not diagnose conditions, prescribe treatment, or provide emergency services. Stop an exercise if it causes pain or feels unsafe and contact your clinician.
Availability
The app requires a compatible sensor for recording and a network connection to save and synchronize exercise records. Do not assume a record has been saved until the app confirms synchronization. Software and sensor performance can vary by device and connection.
Accounts and support
You can stop using OrthIQ and request deletion of your account. Deleting a clinician account also affects that clinician’s exercise library, assigned programs and associated history. Contact aadarsh.n.kuberan@columbia.edu for account or service questions.
